This lovely air conditioned two bedroom garden apartment is in a peaceful location just outside the town of Estepona. It is in easy reach of all the amenities that Estepona has to offer. A car is recommended, but taxis can be arranged.
The apartment has use of the shared swimming pool, the gardens, outside living area and an honesty bar offering wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks is in operation.
The apartment benefits from one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a generous walk-in shower and is finished in Italian tiles to give it a spacious and modern feeling.
The open plan kitchen has all mod cons, including a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. Plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc are provided for your use.
The outside pool bar/relaxation area overlooks the gardens and pool and is a great place to pass away some time out of the sun. There is also an outside WC and the laundry room too (which feel free to use!).
Martin and David (who live in the upper area of the house) are on hand during your stay to answer any questions or give any advice you may need.
